How soon in advance do I need to book?
Weekends fill quickly, so it is BEST to call as soon as you can. We recommend booking at least two months ahead. If you do have a last minute request, don’t hesitate to call! I might have an opening and also have trained staff to do my art so we might be able to accommodate your event. We are also available for weekday events!!
Is there a travel fee if I live out of the Atlanta Metro Area?
Yes, depending on how far out you are. Driving time, gas and distance need to be taken into consideration when we send out an entertainer. 20 miles from 30318 are FREE after that we will incur a round trip cost of $1 a mile thereafter. We will work with you to make the best arrangements and flat fee is available if outside Atlanta!
Is a deposit required?
Yes. There is a deposit of 50% of the total amount due. Deposit is due within seven days of the initial booking date (example...booking made May 1st, deposit due on May 8th). Your reservation is not secured until a deposit is received and your day can be given away if there is no deposit on time.
What about last minute bookings?
Bookings created within seven days of event require full payment at time of booking. Please call or email if you have any questions.
What form of payment is accepted?
Fancy’s Face & Body Art accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. I do not charge transaction fees to credit card payments. Cash is preferred and checks are also accepted if paying the deposit or in full before the event date. There is a $35 fee for all dishonored checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Non-Refundable but100% of the deposit will be applied to future Fancy’s Face & Body Art reservations. Total amount due day of reservation.
Is tipping okay?
Yes! If you are pleased with the quality and professionalism of Fancy’s Face & Body Art and your guests enjoyed the entertainer, you are more than welcome to tip! This lets the entertainer know that they have done a great job!
Do I need to provide anything for Fancy’s Face & Body Art to assist in set up?
Yes. We recommend providing a table and 2 chairs. We have them available but it makes the set up time faster if you have the area already set up. Just let us know if you will provide it or if we will provide it. If we are set-up outdoors, we will need to be provided a tent as our supplies can melt in the sun or in the rain. There are no exceptions. If needed we can provide a tent rental for $50 pre-paid in advance. Also, general hospitality (water, etc. offered) is very much appreciated. All "recommended" items are listed to ensure ease for the entertainer and the party guests.
Can the adults participate in the children’s activities?
Of course! Everyone is invited to enjoy all activities. As a courtesy, please let the kids go first.
Do I need to set up a room for the performance?
To create the best environment for the entertainer and the party guests, it is suggested that music and loud socializing be retained in another room as the performance is in progress! Please be considerate and don’t place the entertainer near the DJ and his speakers. It is important to create a space where all the guests can enjoy all the activities.
