It has been an exciting year for me and I wanted to send a big THANK YOU! to all my 2010 clients/friends!  If you are a new client I hope I exceeded your expectations and for my beloved repeat clients I want to send my hugs to you because you have become more then just clients you have become a special part of my life!  Every lovely person I get to create on gives me a special blessing to learn, grow, and perfect my craft. 

Every year my work has gotten better from the conventions and workshops I go to but when I implement tips and tricks I've learned with my style on your families and friends we create memories!

On my way to GA Aquarium Saturday January 3rd, I hydroplaned, life flashed before my eyes hit a concrete wall and survived.  Yet the only thing I was thinking off after I limped out of the totaled car and knew I had no broken bones and notified my family was to go to work at the aqauarium so I could buy a new car.  Now, I don't know if that is dedication or if I am just plain wierd.

On Saturday, May 10th, hundreds of motorcyclists from across Georgia will unite in the spirit of caring and giving to make a powerful difference in the lives of 20.8 million men, women and children living with diabetes.

Ride To Live was established by Atlanta endocrinologist and avid motorcycle rider, Dr. Victor Silverman, as a way to combine his love of the open road with his passion for helping people living with diabetes.

Last year, nearly 1,000 motorcycle enthusiasts joined our wonderful sponsors to raise more than $250,000 to support the American Diabetes Association�s research, education and advocacy programs. Join us in the fight against diabetes with a full day of police-escorted riding, live entertainment, delicious food, lots of activities and a great time! Register today!

Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival will celebrate its 32nd year as the City of Kennesaw and surrounding areas turn out to celebrate the weekend of April 19 & 20, 2008.  The entire downtown area will be jam packed with people enjoying the best of today's fun-filled activities while at the same time enjoying the rich heritage of Kennesaw and the Civil War era.  The Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival is host to one of the largest Arts & Crafts Shows in North Georgia.  Visitors and residents alike will be able to browse through over 200 booths of the Southeast's finest artisans featuring a wide variety of beautiful and unusual items.     Over 50,000 people are expected (record 55,000 in 2007) to attend the Festival this year.  The heart of downtown Kennesaw and the newly expanded 40,000 sq. ft. Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, home of that awesome iron horse, the �General�, serve as the central location of this annual Festival.  This year�s Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival promises fabulous entertainment and fantastic foods � Visitors and their families will enjoy Kennesaw�s multi-talented performers, games for the kids and a variety of foods to please everyone�s palate.  Entertainment will include Kennesaw�s famous Little General Cloggers; members of the Kennesaw Dance Troupe; members of Great Gig Dance Studio; as well as the ETO Demo Team.  The Big Shanty, Bullard and Frye Elementary School Choruses will perform along with choirs from Kennesaw First Baptist Church and Northstar Church.  To kick off the festivities � A PARADE � will start at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 19th.  The Parade features fabulous floats and proud marchers � over 1,000 youngsters alone representing every sport association in the area, plus the winners of Little Miss Cobb Beauty Pageant along with the winners of the Master, Miss, and Mrs. Kennesaw Pageant and Kennesaw Mountain and North Cobb School Bands.  The Parade will start at Adams Park and continue down Main St. through downtown Kennesaw. The Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival is held in downtown Kennesaw on both sides of Main Street (Highway 293) and is co-sponsored by the City of Kennesaw and the Kennesaw Business Association (a non-profit organization).  The hours of operation are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 19 and 12 Noon - 5:00 PM on Sunday, April 20. Directions: Downtown Kennesaw, Georgia -- Heading north on 1-75 take Exit #273 Wade Green Road, turn left follow approximately two miles and you will run right into the Festival.
